Individual Apartments
The facility is made up of 23 studio efficiency apartments and 7 one-bedroom efficiency apartments. While each room varies in size, all are equipped with a living area, kitchenette, and full bathroom with a walkout shower. Each door lock includes fingerprint, key code, card, and key accessibility. Each unit has tile flooring, with carpet in common areas.
The History of The Harbor
Before becoming The Harbor, this building had a rich history as a respected nursing home. Many locals recognize its beautiful exterior and fondly recall visiting loved ones here. After standing vacant for seven years and in need of some tender care, Herb Manning purchased the property in 2023, inspired by the demand for upscale senior housing in the community. Over the past year, he and his dedicated team of skilled workers have poured their hearts into transforming this space into a stunning and welcoming home for residents.
